The Holy Trinity Neighborhood Center serves our hungry, homeless, and less fortunate neighbors through direct outreach and interactions on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York.
The Holy Trinity Neighborhood Center Shelter is a member of the Emergency Shelter Network of Faith-Based and Community Organizations. We welcome 12 to 15 homeless men as guests each night, screened by and sent from the Grand Central Neighborhood Drop-In Center. We provide our guests with a safe and comfortable place to spend the night in the basement of St. Christopher’s House.
Learn moreEvery Saturday evening, The Holy Trinity Neighborhood Center welcomes between 90 and 120 guests for dinner. Volunteers arrive in the early afternoon to prepare and serve the guests nutritious and appetizing meals. The guests who attend this dinner are homeless or working poor families and individuals. The meal is served restaurant-style, with guests served coffee, water, and dinner while seated at their table.
Learn moreHoly Trinity Neighborhood Center volunteers come together to serve a delectable meal to seniors from the community who gather to interact and socialize with each other in a comfortable and friendly environment. We serve between 15 – 30 seniors weekly.
Learn moreOne of the great traditions at the Church of the Holy Trinity and St. Joseph’s Church is our Thanksgiving Day Outreach Program. Each year we deliver over 250 complete Thanksgiving dinners to our home bound neighbors. We’re going to do it again this year, but we need your help!
Learn moreWe are also accepting donations to help defray the cost of this important program. A donation of $25.00 will cover the cost of four meals, but any amount is greatly appreciated. Please make your check payable to “Holy Trinity Neighborhood Center,” indicate “Thanksgiving Outreach” in the memo section of your check. You may contribute online.
